COMMON QUESTIONS.

01I haven't trained in years — am I too out of shape for this?

No. Men's Club is literally built for blokes who haven't trained in a long time. Every session is scaled by the coach on the spot. Most members started exactly where you are.

02How many sessions a week, and how long?

You get to pick any 3 sessions per week. Each one is 45 minutes — short enough to fit a busy schedule, long enough to actually move the needle.

03Are the sessions men only?

Yes. Every Men's Club session is blokes only. No mirrors, no posing, no intimidation — just men working hard and having a laugh.

04Do you provide nutrition or meal plans?

No — we don't do nutrition coaching, meal plans, or banned-food lists. We focus on what we do best: coach-led training and accountability. If you want nutrition support, we're happy to point you to a qualified dietitian.

05What's the catch with the 250 members cap?

We deliberately keep Men's Club capped at 250 members across our studios so coaching quality stays high. Most members renew month after month, so spots open up rarely.

06How do I get started?
