Yes. Every Men's Club session is blokes only. No mirrors, no posing, no intimidation — just men working hard and having a laugh.
No — we don't do nutrition coaching, meal plans, or banned-food lists. We focus on what we do best: coach-led training and accountability. If you want nutrition support, we're happy to point you to a qualified dietitian.
We deliberately keep Men's Club capped at 250 members across our studios so coaching quality stays high. Most members renew month after month, so spots open up rarely.
