No. Women's Club is literally built for women who haven't trained in a long time. Every session is scaled by the coach on the spot. Most members started exactly where you are.
You get to pick any 3 sessions per week. Each one is 45 minutes — short enough to fit a busy schedule, long enough to actually move the needle.
Yes. Every Women's Club session is women only. No mirrors, no posing, no intimidation — just women working hard and supporting each other.
No — we don't do nutrition coaching, meal plans, or banned-food lists. We focus on what we do best: coach-led training and accountability. If you want nutrition support, we're happy to point you to a qualified dietitian.
Our coaches understand training around the realities of being a woman 30+ — perimenopause, postnatal recovery, hormonal shifts. We program around your body, not against it.
We deliberately keep our coaching capped at 250 members across our studios so quality stays high. Most members renew month after month, so spots open up rarely.
