Session Types

EIGHT SESSION STYLES. NEVER THE SAME WEEK TWICE.

Our weekly timetable rotates through eight distinct session styles — so your body keeps adapting, your training stays fun, and you build a complete level of fitness instead of grinding the same workout over and over.

Strength & Conditioning

Classic S&C — get stronger under the bar, fitter under load. Compound lifts paired with smart conditioning so you build muscle and burn fat in the same session.

Fusion

A blend of strength, cardio and core in one flowing session. Variety that keeps the body guessing and the brain switched on — never the same workout twice.

Tough Enough

Our hardest session of the week. Higher intensity, longer engine work, properly scaled — the one you'll be glad you survived when you walk out the door.

Coaches Choice

Your coach pulls together the best of everything they know works. Could be partner work, a benchmark, or something brand new — always a great session.

Stretch & Recovery

Mobility, breathwork, and guided stretching to undo the desk, the kids, and the heavy weeks. Train hard, recover smart — the session most people skip and shouldn't.

Plyo Jam

Move to the beat, burn calories, and actually enjoy it. Simple dance combos mixed with athletic drills — keep it low-impact or explode into the plyo moves when you're ready.

Boxing

Pads, combos, footwork and conditioning rounds. The most fun way to torch calories, sharpen coordination and leave every bit of stress on the gym floor.

Warrior Circuit

Pure circuit training — multiple stations, short work intervals, minimal rest. Move station to station as a crew, hitting every muscle group and your engine all at once.
