COMMON QUESTIONS.

01I haven't trained in years — am I too unfit for this?

No. Women's Club is literally built for women who haven't trained in a long time. Every session is scaled by the coach on the spot. Most members started exactly where you are.

02How many sessions a week, and how long?

You get to pick any 3 sessions per week. Each one is 45 minutes — short enough to fit a busy schedule, long enough to actually move the needle.

03Are the sessions women only?

Yes. Every Women's Club session is women only. No mirrors, no posing, no intimidation — just women working hard and supporting each other.

04Do you provide nutrition or meal plans?

No — we don't do nutrition coaching, meal plans, or banned-food lists. We focus on what we do best: coach-led training and accountability. If you want nutrition support, we're happy to point you to a qualified dietitian.

05What about hormones, perimenopause, or recovery from kids?

Our coaches understand training around the realities of being a woman 30+ — perimenopause, postnatal recovery, hormonal shifts. We program around your body, not against it.

06What's the catch with the 250 members cap?

We deliberately keep our coaching capped at 250 members across our studios so quality stays high. Most members renew month after month, so spots open up rarely.
